In the back end of Market Plaza just off Margaret street in the middle of Toowoomba exists a truly unique coffee operation...A European style house of coffee characterised by a mixed culture of Africa and real coffee. Rock art, coffee plungers and equipment, antique grinders, pictures of coffee plantations and African elephants, an exquisite L12 Probat Coffee roaster surrounded by several bags of green coffee and last but probably foremost of all an espresso machine that is extracting honey-like coffee oils in 25 seconds in the correct volume at the correct temperature. All the staff have had heaps of training in the making and presentation of speciality coffee beverages. Unlike many other coffeeshops it is table service in a most relaxed atmosphere. By the end of your visit it is highly likely that you will have had one of your most memorable coffee experiences not to mention that you can choose from a range of 23 distinctly different coffees to take home.All coffees are roasted and blended in the coffeeshop.
